(Psychology today 2016.)  Most of us worry about getting rid of our weaknesses.  The truth is, you may never overcome your weaknesses, but you can make significant changes in the way you live and work that allow you to flourish.   As an authorized Licensee of the Culture Index TM., I provide each individual attendee with objective data about the way they think and behave.  Each participant receives concrete tools and coaching to help them use their strengths to thrive at work, and at home.   We will discover how to take those individual strengths to increase the ability of your team/group to communicate and collaborate.  This program will maximize the results of teams and allow individuals to flourish.
