Change Management – Peaceful Adaptation to Change
Organizational and cultural change is constant in today’s workplace. Just when we begin to understand our job duties, establish clear goals, learn a new process, or get comfortable with a new piece of technology, something changes. We are creatures of habit, so change is inherently difficult! Switch your morning routine in one small way and you will find it feels uncomfortable; even though that change has no impact on your life. Change that triggers emotion, impacts relationships, affects career or our family life, can create major stress. This program will provide attendees with coping skills to reduce anxiety during periods of change. More importantly, participants receive tools that allow them to move beyond merely coping, and find ways to peacefully adapt to change.
